Eric La Cara brings over ten years of Financial Management and Consulting experience to Aviso Group, Inc. As Managing Director of Aviso Group Inc, Eric’s responsibilities include developing General Operating Procedures as well as overseeing the firm’s Accounting & Tax services. A native of Canada, Mr. La Cara received his MBA in Finance from McGill University.
During his professional career, Eric served as Corporate Controller for the Finance & Accounting division of L’Oreal Cosmetics in Japan. Eric’s responsibilities included supervising cross-functional brands and teams for nine different L’Oreal subsidiaries. During his employment with L’Oreal, Eric updated the firm’s accounting rules in order to meet new IFRS norms, as well as oversee external, internal and transfer pricing audits. During his tenure, Eric also supervised L'Oreal treasury functions and hedge portfolio.
In Japan, Eric has also served as CFO of Paris based Le Club Des Createurs De Beaute Japon and finance manager for Silicon Valley based Synopsys Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPS)
Eric currently serves as Audit Committee Chairman and M&A committee member of U.S. Publicly traded company IA Global Inc. (AMEX: IAO) and is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, serving as a Certified Corporate Director.

Chikara is a tax and accounting veteran. His expertise is the product of a professional career spanning more than 20 years. Chikara’s specific areas of expertise are in owner-manager remuneration, general corporate tax minimization, and business tax planning. Most recently he was President of Hasegawa Accounting Office. He began his career with KPMG as an auditor in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Chikara holds a B.S. in Business Admin from Meiji University and has been a Certified Tax Accountant since 1983.
As Director of Tax, Chikara is also responsible for statutory compliance on corporate taxation including but not limited to Regional, Business Enterprise and Consumption tax filings.
